Does Wardeny read our messages?
Only as they arrive, to apply your AutoMod rules and run tickets. Message content isn't stored, except in your log channels and ticket transcripts. The privacy policy lists every detail.
What happens when the AI doesn't know an answer?
It doesn't guess. It pings your support team once and stays quiet until a member mentions it again. It only answers from the FAQ you write in the dashboard.
Can Wardeny lock out my own admins?
Never the server owner, and never anyone you mark as trusted. Guardian only steps in when someone suddenly deletes, bans or kicks far more than usual.
Is Wardeny free?
Yes. Moderation, tickets, verification, welcome cards, Minecraft and everything else are free. Premium adds the AI features and a custom bot profile.
Which Minecraft servers does the plugin support?
Paper 1.21 and newer, including Purpur. The plugin handles account linking, the chat bridge, server status, player stats, moderation and the VPN check.
Where is our data stored, and can we delete it?
On a server in the EU. You can delete everything Wardeny stored for your server at any time from the dashboard.
